All new clients must arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their first appointment to fill out paperwork. Please be advised that if you do not arrive early that paperwork and consultation may cut into your session. New paperwork is required by the state board of massage every new year.
All clients must give a 24-hour notice in the event they need to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours and the client calls to change or reschedule the appointment, Fire & Ice Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to charge the client 50% of the appointment cost to reimburse the therapist for their time. In the event the client does not call or show up for the appointment, the client will be responsible for the entire amount of the appointment cost and that therapist and establishment reserves the right to refuse to see the client again due to the violation of the cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed upon with in conjunction with the therapist.
If you miss an appointment, you will receive a bill for the services booked.
All gift certificates are non-refundable and hold a cash value of $0.01 per state law. All gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. In the event that the client no call and no shows for an appointment, the value of the gift certificate will be redeemed to cover the cost of the appointment.
